I must say it was the best decision i took for my health - Deepti ensures that the sessions are in alignment with my body’s capabilities and needs. She started at a level i could cope with, and gradually, gently introduced the advanced aasans. Meditation and Pranayam are non negotiable part of her sessions, and most days it helps a lot in my stress management. I can feel quite a positive difference in my mobility, core strength, flexibility levels in just 3 months.
